Our well equipped gym has everything you need to allow you to train in a peaceful and beautiful setting.  Our gym includes fixed and free weights, treadmill, bicycle, cross trainer and rowing machine.  There is also plenty of space for stretching and cooling down.

 

The Gym over looks the swimming pool and spa area.

 

 

The aim of the game is to get large, heavy balls as close as possible to the small 'jack'. This French game it is great fun on a sunny day and can be played by anyone.
